Class Signup & Cancellation

Class and Member Sign Up

Sign up to confirm your time and day for yourself and your group and you will automatically create a membership. A $25 (Single) - $50 (Group) deposit is required upfront to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due in person.​

Membership Benefits

Sign up as a member at booking for ease of cancellation and rescheduling.

Fully Refundable

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your event are fully refundable, minus a 3% cancellation fee per reservation (per student).​

Partial Refund with Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before your event will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee and a 3% transaction fee per reservation (per student).

Non-Refundable

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your event are non-refundable.

Non-Members

Sign up as a member at booking for ease of cancellation and rescheduling. Non-members need to email info@hmbartglass.com for cancellations and rescheduling.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Instructions

1. Access Your Member Profile:

  • Head to your member profile for ease of cancellation and rescheduling.

2. Manage Your Bookings:

  • Click on "Bookings" and select the "Manage" button to cancel, book again, or reschedule.

3. Receive Email Updates:

  • You will receive an email updating you on your booking status.
